By accessing or using OpsTrace AI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.
2. Description of Service
OpsTrace AI provides an operational intelligence platform that enables organizations to monitor, analyze, and optimize their infrastructure. Our services include real-time monitoring, AI-powered analytics, alerting, and automated incident response.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not transmit harmful code, interfere with platform operations, or violate applicable laws.
5. Service Level Agreement
We commit to maintaining 99.9% uptime for standard plans and 99.99% for Enterprise. Specific SLA terms are in your service agreement. Scheduled maintenance is excluded.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpsTrace AI Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services.
